• Late or missed payments may result in service delays or termination

6. Intellectual Property

All design, layout, editorial feedback, and other creative work provided by Page and Pixel remain the intellectual property of the company until payment is completed. Upon full payment, authors retain ownership of their final materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Page and Pixel will not be held liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential loss or damage
• Loss of data or reputation resulting from delays, technical issues, or misuse
• Disputes with third parties, including publishing platforms or printers

9. Termination of Use

• You engage in behavior that disrupts our operations or harms other clients
